Description

A cross between a peach and a nectarine.  Smooth skinned and very tasty.  A popular choice of fruit due to its quality.  Has non-melting gene similar to Golden Queen. 
  Origin: Unknown, but thought to have originated in Hawkes Bay.  Displays non-melting fruit texture trait.
  Parentage: Thought to be a chance seedling between Golden Queen and an unknown nectarine, possibly Redgold.
  Synonym/Breeder Ref#: Unknown

Rounded with a slight tip

Taste similar to a standard acidic peach but with more aroma
